Warning: It is extremely important that you use some good water based lubricant before taking this exercise. Never use soap or shampoo other, you may damage your penile muscles. Also DO NOT milk with a full erection.
* 1. Start by warming up your penile area, that can be a hot wrap as discussed in the warm up post or maybe a hot shower.
*2. Now you’re thoroughly warmed up, apply a good amount of lubrication all over your penis. For this exercise you want to remain well lubricated throughout, so if it starts to dry up, stop and apply some more. Also you want a partial erection, about 50% to 60% erect, no more than this.
*3. Taking your left hand and placing your thumb and forefinger together in an ‘ok’ sign? Grip the base of your penis (the opposite end to the head). The palm of your hand should be facing away from your body. The ‘OK’ sign grip.
*4. Pull gently but firmly, away from your body, sliding your fingers all the way down the shaft to the head.
*5. Now, do the exact same thing with your right hand.
*6. Now keep repeating this motion in a rhythmic way? It will be just like milking a cow? It can also be likened to one-way or reverse masturbation.
*7. Repeat for the desired time or amount of repetitions. Palms down or palms up Either palms up or palms down is fine, choose whichever is most comfortable and most effective for you. If you start to get an erection then ease up or stop till it subsides. If you feel like ejaculating then stop and focus on controlling the urge. Try not to ejaculate.
*Pubococcygeus (PC muscle) tensing*
This has often been described in the following way: “THE most important exercise any man can do, and one that every man should do? For the rest of his life!” This exercise could well save your life and it is *the most important one.

*How do I find the PC muscle?*
Okay, some people have problems finding this muscle but it is really easy. It’s the little muscle between your anus and scrotum - it is NOT your anus or your abdominal muscles. You can find it by going to the toilet and urinating, as you’re urinating stop the flow before you’ve finished. The tensing you did to stop the flow shows you the muscle you need to use for the following exercises. If you still can’t find the muscle try the following: Get an erection and move your penis without touching it. The muscle you use to do this is the one that you want
You all already know that warm up is a must before taking any exercise in order to reduce the risk of muscle injury. Same is the position in penis enlargement exercises. You will have to undergo a warm up session before you start taking penis enlargement exercises so that you may not damage your penile muscles. And in this lesson, I cover the basics. Please do not think that these exercises are not important, as they are only basic? They are probably the most important exercises you will ever do!
*Warm Up - Hot wrap*
1. Get a large wash cloth OR small towel.
2. Soak it in hot water till it is thoroughly wet and nice and warm.
3. Wring out the towel and get rid of the excess water.
4. Wrap the towel around your penis and testicles.
5. Leave it there for approximately 2 minutes.
6. Repeat step 1 through 5 two more times.
7. Dry off your penis and surrounding areas thoroughly. Time taken 5-8 minutes.
*Warm up - Hot bath or shower*
Another good way to warm up is to have a hot bath or shower for 5 or 10 minutes. This has the same effect as the hot wrap. It helps to draw blood into the areas of the penis, improve circulation, loosen connective tissue and lessens the chances of injury.
